International educator, cultural explorer, aesthetic aficionado.
As a theatre educator, I'm an avid observer of humanity and an admirer of science and nature. I seek connections to better understand the world for myself and to help my students find their own understanding of it.
In the process, I've developed a sense of quick humor that's not always entirely appropriate. I love word play, especially across languages, and those moments when your hair stands on end and you hold your breath as a performance overwhelms you.
Part journal for myself, part memoir for my family and friends, my hope for this blog is to reflect, inform and possibly entertain.
