I am about to step outside my comfort zone once again. Only this time, it's been a very long time since I've done so. I'm about to move to Mumbai, India.
For over a decade, Colombia has been my home. Far more than the average tourist, traveler, missionary, or businessman looking to exploit resources, I've assimilated into the culture far more than I'd ever expected and for quite some time it has been mi tierra quierido.
In a few short months, I will be half a world away where I can't speak the language, don't know my way around the city, have no idea how to get simple every day tasks accomplished, and will have to start my life over again from scratch. I'm excited and anxious and curious and frightened...and it feels great!
As I throw my life to the whims of fate once again, this time I'll keep you posted as the mayhem and beauty ensures. Disruptive innovation is my specialty!

On one particular blog that I enjoy, Diary of a White Indian House Wife, I found this video and it really struck a cord with me. I've watched it maybe fifty times now and each time I see something I didn't notice before. There's so much happening in every frame and when I finally visited Mumbai for a brief three day training, it seemed the same. Everywhere I looked there were a million things going on all at the same time. I was completely fascinated. And this video gives the closest feel to that experience.
